Youtube goodness

Hi there folks,
I thought I'd share with you all some of the joys of the recent months. And what could do it better than some Youtube vids. These were all taken from the NCCF Weekend Away, where I lent my skills as an Iron Kitchen Hand*. Little did I know that such gems of wisdom awaited my time in the kithen. Chris mate, this one's for you!!
